Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) – Individual Consultant
The Bhutan Stroke Foundation Invites Expressions of Interest from qualified Bhutanese individual consultants to develop an Online Stroke Risk Assessment System using a CAPI platform under the project “Empowering Monastic Communities in Bhutan Through Stroke Prevention.”
- The assignment includes system design, stakeholder consultation, training of data collectors and monastic health representatives, and readiness for field deployment.
- Applicants must have proven experience in digital data collection systems, prior engagement with BSF, and strong training and communication skills.
- Competent Bhutanese individual consultants are requested to submit technical and financial proposals along with CV and past experiences in the related areas to the Bhutan Stroke Foundation Office latest by 5th February 2026 at bsfprojectmanager@gmail.com or info.bhutanstrokefoundation@gmail.com.
